Reporting a change

You can report changes online via My SVB, providing our letters are addressed to you personally. If our letters are addressed to your partner, the changes can be reported via My SVB by your partner.

Log in to My SVB

Log in to My SVB using your DigiD with SMS verification or the DigiD app

If you do not have a DigiD, and you live in Europe, you can also log in with a valid EU login.

Make sure to report changes in your situation on time

All changes that must be reported should be reported to us within 4 weeks (6 weeks if you live outside the Netherlands). 

If you change your bank account, make sure you do not close your old account until you have received the first payment in your new account. 

If you want to leave My SVB, always make sure you log out.
