Report a change
You must report changes to us within 4 weeks (6 weeks if you live outside the Netherlands).
You can report changes to us quickly and easily via My SVB. How to report a change is explained below in 2 steps.
If you want to change to a new bank account number, go to the page ‘Changing to a new bank account number’.
Step 1. Log in to My SVB
You can log in with your DigiD. If you live in Europe, you can also log in with a valid EU login.
Step 2. Report the change
If you see your name at the top of the screen, you are logged in. Under ‘Zelf regelen’, you can select ‘Wijziging doorgeven’.
If you want to leave My SVB, do not forget to log out.
