How we work

Our aim is to perform above and beyond expectations, to provide the best possible service to clients and to the authorities for whom we implement the Dutch social insurance schemes. To do this successfully, we have to be organised down to the very last detail. We are constantly looking to improve our organisation, keep our computer systems up to date and our administration in order.

We want to give you the opportunity to manage more of your affairs online. This makes it easier for you to view your data or claim a pension or benefit. But we still have plenty of time for personal contact with our clients. When you phone us, the person you speak to can help you straight away and adjust your details immediately, if necessary. If we need to investigate something for you, the same person will call you back.
