Your income changes

There is a change in your sources of income

Perhaps we already have your income details, but you get a new source of income, or you lose a source of income. In other words, there has been a change in your sources of income.

You must report this change to us. We can then reassess your pension or benefit.

Your income goes down

If your income goes down, you can send us a letter asking us to reassess your benefit or extraordinary pension.

If the result of the reassessment is a higher amount for you, your benefit or extraordinary pension will be set at the higher amount.

You receive a non-indexed pension

A ‘non-indexed’ pension is a pension that never changes, with no annual increases for inflation.

If you receive a non-indexed pension, you can send us a letter asking us to reassess your benefit or extraordinary pension.

If the result of the reassessment is a higher amount for you, your benefit or extraordinary pension will be set at the higher amount.
