You want to authorise someone to represent you

If you wish, you can authorise someone else to manage your affairs with the SVB for you. You can do this by filling in an authorisation form and sending it to us. You can find our address details under ‘Contact the V&O department’.

You can state on the form what you are authorising your representative to do and for how long. You can authorise someone to act for you for one time only, or for a fixed period, or for an ongoing period. Both you and your representative must sign the form.

You will still be responsible

Your representative manages your affairs at your request. It is not the responsibility of a representative to report changes or respond to information requests on time.

You will still be responsible for meeting these obligations.

If you have any questions about authorising someone to represent you, please contact our V&O department.
