Viewing your details

You can view the details we have about you in My SVB. To access My SVB, you need to log in. How to view your details is explained below in 2 steps. If you reported information via My SVB, you can see under ‘My overview’ whether your message has been dealt with.

Step 1. Log in to My SVB

You can log in with your DigiD. If you live in the EU, you can also log in with a valid EU Login.

Step 2. View your details

If you see your name at the top of the screen, you are logged in. If you want to leave My SVB, do not forget to log out.

What details can you see?

This shows the messages you have sent via My SVB in the last 6 months. You can see whether your message has been dealt with or is still being processed. 

If you started filling in a claim form but did not finish, this will also be shown under My overview

You can see the information we have about you, for instance your name and address, your Burgerservicenummer (BSN) and your SVB reference number.

If you receive payments from us, you can see a list of the payments made in the past 12 months. 

For a detailed statement of a payment, click on Details. You can print the statement or save it as a PDF file. For this, you need a PDF reader

If you have received too much money from us, or if you need to pay us a certain amount, the amount you need to pay is shown under Debts.

If you do not owe us any money, you will see ‘You do not have any debt with us’.

Under My AOW pension, you can see when your AOW pension will start and how much you will get.
