Viewing your details

You can view your details in My SVB. To access My SVB, you need to log in. If you reported information via My SVB, you can see under ‘Statusoverzicht’ (status report) whether your message has been dealt with. How to view your information is explained below in 2 steps.

Step 1. Log in to My SVB

You can log in with your DigiD. If you live in Europe, you can also log in with a valid EU login.

Step 2. View your details

If you see your name at the top of the screen, you are logged in. You can view your details under ‘Raadplegen’. If you want to leave My SVB, do not forget to log out.

What details can you see?

You can see the information we have about you, for instance your name and address, your Burgerservicenummer (BSN) and your SVB reference number.

This shows the messages you have sent via My SVB in the last 6 months. You can see whether your message has been dealt with or is still being processed.

If you started filling in a claim form but did not finish, this will also be shown on the ‘Statusoverzicht’.

If you receive payments from us, you can see a list of the payments made in the past 12 months.

For a detailed statement of a payment, click on ‘Details’. You can print the statement or save it as a PDF file. For this, you need a PDF reader

If you have received too much money from us, or if you need to pay us a certain amount, the amount you need to pay is shown under ‘Schuldenoverzicht' (Summary of debts).

If you do not owe us any money, you will see ‘U heeft geen schuld aan de SVB’ (You do not have a debt with the SVB).

You can see when your AOW pension will start and how much you will get.
