If there is a change in your or your employee’s situation, you must let us know within 4 weeks.

If you are an employer

If you are an employer and you only want to change the end date of an A1 certificate, you can do this quickly via TWinternet using eHerkenning (digital identity and verification).

If you also want to report another change, please fill in the details below.

If you are self-employed or a director and major shareholder (DGA)

Report changes quickly and easily online via My SVB. Log in with your DigiD. If you do not have a DigiD, you can apply for one.

By post

If you prefer to report the change by post, please state the following information about yourself or, if you are an employer, about your employee.
