If you want to ask us a question via WhatsApp, send a message to telephone number 06 1064 6363. If you are outside the Netherlands, send it to +31 6 1064 6363. It is not possible to call or send an SMS to this number.
Our office hours
We can answer your questions immediately between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Messages sent outside our office hours will be answered the following working day.
We can reply either in Dutch or in English.
Do not send attachments
In order to protect your privacy, we will not accept any attachments sent via WhatsApp.
WhatsApp on your computer
You can also use WhatsApp on your computer. For this, you will need the following:
- a telephone or tablet with WhatsApp installed
- the programme WhatsApp Desktop. You can download this programme from the WhatsApp website
If you do not want to download a programme, you can use WhatsApp Web via a browser. This works the same way as WhatsApp Desktop except that you cannot make video calls.
