Payment agreements with your municipality
If you received an income support benefit before the start of your AIO supplement and the gemeente was paying bills for you, such as gas, electricity and health insurance contributions,
we can start paying the bills for you instead. We will deduct the payments from your AIO supplement.
Please let us know if you want us to pay your bills for you from your AIO supplement. We will then send you a letter with a form. You can use the form to authorise us to take the money from your AIO supplement and pay it directly to the other organisations.
Rent, gas, electricity and health insurance get more expensive every year. If the amount you have to pay changes, you must let us know.
If you forget, and we do not take enough money from your AIO supplement to cover the bill, you will have to pay us the rest of the bill later. You can avoid this problem by using direct debit.
