    If your partner or ex-partner has died, you may be entitled to an Anw survivor benefit.

  1. Was your partner or ex-partner insured under the Anw survivor benefit scheme?

    Your partner or ex-partner must have been insured under the Anw survivor benefit scheme on the date of their death. Persons are usually insured in the Netherlands if they were living or working in this country on the date of their death, but exceptions apply.

  1. Do additional qualifying conditions apply?

    If you live or work outside the Netherlands, additional qualifying conditions apply.
