About the SVB

We make sure that everyone in the Netherlands gets what they are entitled to.

We try to do this as unobtrusively as possible by making payments and providing information promptly, and by treating client details with the utmost care. At the same time, we want you to be able to contact us whenever you need to. As the SVB, we prefer a personal approach. We will not confront you with call centres and endless menus; rather you get to talk to staff who have direct access to your details. In addition, you can, of course, also manage your affairs online.
