Do you need help with My SVB?
Most browsers allow you to increase or decrease the size of the text displayed on web pages. If you use Internet Explorer, you can do so via menu > view > text size.
Also on tablet or smartphone
Our website is responsive. This means that it does not make any difference whether you use a computer, tablet or smartphone to view our website. The website will automatically adjust to the size of the screen to give you the best viewing result.
On every page, you will find a drop-down menu for other languages. You can choose from Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Polish and Turkish.
Not all parts of the Dutch site have been translated. If you cannot find certain information in your preferred language, go to the Dutch website or contact us.
Searching this site
Type one or two keywords in the 'Search' box, for example 'AOW' and 'claim'. You will then see a list of all subjects on our website which are related to these keywords.
Do not enter any personal information. If you wish to receive information about your personal situation, log on to My SVB using your DigiD code.
On most pages you will see a print button which you can use to print the text on the page. If you want to print the page as you see it on your screen, use your browser's print button.
A number of documents on this site are available as PDF files. To read PDF files, you need a program such as Adobe Reader. This program will probably already be installed on your computer, but if not, you can download it free of charge from adobe.nl.
If you would like to ask a question about your personal situation, log on to My SVB using your DigiD code.
For all other questions, you can use the 'contact' link which you will find on every page. You will then see how to best contact us.
We want our services to be available to as many people as possible. For example, when building the site, we took care to make the site as accessible as possible for visually impaired people.
If you have reading difficulties or if you have trouble understanding the information on our website, please visit our simplified site, svbabc.nl, where you can find easy-to-understand information about various social security schemes (only in Dutch).
