Anw survivor benefit

You live with your child

The SVB does not consider you to be living with a partner if you only live with a child or children of yours, or with your foster or stepchild or children.

If you live in one house with a child or children under 18

If you live on your own except for with your child or children under 18 (this includes stepchildren and adopted children), you will get a higher amount of Anw survivor benefit, provided you meet the conditions. You will receive this in addition to the child benefit you get.
