Reporting changes

If you live in the Netherlands and you have a change to report (for example, you have a new bank account, or you are going to move abroad), you must do so within 4 weeks. If you live outside the Netherlands, you have 6 weeks to report a change. You can report changes quickly and easily online via My SVB.

Changing your bank account details

It is easy to change your bank account details in My SVB, but you will need a DigiD with SMS verification for this. You can also use the DigiD app.

If you cannot log in to My SVB

Apply for a DigiD and manage your affairs with us quickly and safely online.

Complete and return the form

If you do not have a DigiD or cannot apply for one, you can use the change notification form to report a change. Download the form, fill it in and print it out. Then sign the form and send it to your SVB office.
