We will also ask you whether you agree to the use of secure email to contact us.
What you need in order to use secure email
We use KPN Secure Mail’ (KPN Zorg Messenger). This is a secure mailbox .
You can access this mailbox with your mobile telephone, tablet or computer.
Download the app
Download the app ‘KPN Zorg Messenger’.
To do this, go to the Appstore or Playstore on your mobile phone or tablet.
We will send you an email
You will receive an invitation by email.
Saying: ‘Welcome! Invitation to secure chat’.
Create a password
- In the invitation, click on: ‘Create a password’
- Enter your email address under ‘Username’
- Choose your own password
- Enter your password
- Click on ‘Next’
Open KPN Zorg Messenger
- You will receive the message: ‘Your password has been set’
- Click on ‘Open KPN Zorg Messenger’
- The Messenger will now open automatically
Log in
- Enter your username (your email address)
- Then enter the password that you have just created
- Click on ‘Sign in’
You are now logged in
You are in the ‘KPN Zorg Messenger’ mailbox. You can now read the secure chat.
You can send a secure reply to this email. You can also send us new emails.
We will send you an email
