When can you get an Anw survivor benefit or an orphan’s benefit?
If your partner or ex-partner has died, you can qualify for an Anw survivor benefit providing you meet the conditions under the Anw scheme.
If an orphan meets the conditions under the Anw scheme, they can get an orphan’s benefit as long as they continue to meet the necessary conditions.
