Your details as held in our records
You can ask what details we hold on you. We will then send you a letter within 4 weeks informing you what we do with your details, how we obtained them, and with which organizations we exchange details on you. If you have a DigiD code and receive child benefit, Anw survivor benefit, AOW old age pension or a TOG care allowance, you can view your details via My SVB. You can also make an appointment with your SVB office to view your file.
If a child under 16 wants information about his or her personal details, the child's legal representative must ask for the information. A legal representative will normally be the child's parent or guardian. We will then give the information to the representative.
