What is the procedure?
The procedure will start as soon as we receive your letter.
The procedure is as follows:
- we will send forms to you, or your representative if you have one
- you fill in which organization is to draw up a social report
- after we receive the social report, an investigation will take place into the wartime events
- a medical assessment will then be carried out
- followed by a financial investigation
- finally, we will send you the results of our investigations and our decision.
