Wubo home

The Benefit Act for Civilian War Victims 1940-1945 (Wubo) awards financial support to people who underwent violent war experiences as civilians during the Second World War or were victims of disturbances or irregularities during the Bersiap period in the former Dutch East Indies. Surviving spouses and minor orphans of civilian war victims may also qualify for financial support.
