You can make the text on the website bigger or smaller in two different ways:

1. At the top left of each page, you can select a normal-sized letter, a large letter or an extra large letter.
2. Most browsers allow you to adjust the text size. With Internet Explorer, you can adjust the text size via Menu, View, Text Size.

At the top right-hand corner of each page, you will find language choice buttons. You can choose to see the website in the following languages:

• Dutch
• English

Not all parts of the Dutch site have been translated. If you think additional information needs to be translated, please let us know.

In the right-hand column of the page, under "Type in your question here" you can enter a question or keywords to search for information:

1. If you type in your question as a sentence, e.g. "How can I apply for a Wuv benefit?", you will see a list of search results in the form of questions. If any of these questions are relevant, you can click on them.
2. To search using keywords, you can enter from 2 to 8 words. For example, type in "Wuv" and "apply". You will then see a list of questions relating to the words you typed, and below that, a list of other search results.

Do not fill in personal details. You can only search through the information already available on this site.

At the top right of almost every page you will see a print button which you can use to print the text on the page. If you want to print the page as you see it on your screen, use your browser's print button (at the top of the screen).

A number of documents on this site are available as PDF files. To read PDF files, you need a program such as Adobe Reader. This program will probably already be installed on your computer, but if not, you can download it free of charge from www.adobe.nl.
