Wubo - Nationality requirements

If you are a civilian war victim, the nationality requirements are as follows:

• you were a Dutch national or citizen during the war, and 
• you have Dutch nationality when you apply for a Wubo benefit.

Conduct

People guilty of unworthy conduct during the Second World War, e.g. collaboration with the enemy, are not eligible for financial support.
