What is the procedure?

As soon as we receive your application, the procedure is as follows:

1. we will send you some forms to fill in and return,
2. we will make an appointment with you to draw up a social report,
3. after the social report is completed, an investigation will take place into the wartime events,
4. a medical and financial assessment will take place,
5. we will send you a letter informing you about our decision.

You can expect to receive a decision on your application within 7 months.
