Retroactive AOW pension contributions: requesting an offer
You can apply to pay AOW pension contributions retroactively up to 10 years after the date on which you first became covered under Dutch social insurance. Choose in which way you wish to request an offer.

You can fill in the offer request form on your computer screen. You will be guided through the form step by step. Using your DigiD code, you can sign and submit the form online.
Fill it in online, send it in by post
You can fill in the form on your computer. You will be guided through the form step by step. When you have completed the form, you can print it out, sign it and send it in.
Would you rather request an offer using a paper form?
You can download a voluntary insurance application form (Aanvraag inkoop vrijwillige verzekering AOW) and send the completed form to our Insurance Office (Kantoor Verzekeringen) by post. You will find the address on the form.
