Who is the Anw scheme for?
The National Survivor Benefits Act (Anw) provides for a benefit for people whose partner has died. A survivor is the widow, widower, or partner of the person who passed away.
Benefit for parent and child
As a surviving partner, you will get a survivor benefit. If you have a child under 18, you can also get a dependent child allowance, provided your child lives at home with you.You can also get a dependent child allowance for a foster child, stepchild or adopted child.
