If you disagree with our decision, please call us. We may be able to answer your questions or solve any problems quickly over the telephone. If we are still unable to reach agreement, or if you are not happy with our response, you will have 6 weeks in which to send us a letter objecting to the decision.

Every decision you receive from us will contain information on how to submit an objection.
