Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for running the SVB. The Board is accountable to the Minister of Social Affairs and Employment for the SVB’s performance. Meet the three members of the Board.
Erry Stoové
Erry Stoové (1947) is chairman of the Board, and is responsible for the strategy portfolio.

Erry Stoové has been chairman of the SVB's Board of Directors since 2001, and has been working in the public sector since 1974. First at the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, then the municipality of Haarlem, followed by the Central Body for the Reception of Asylum Seekers. He holds a number of managerial positions in the non-profit sector (war victims, handicapped people) and in the profit sector (ICT consultancy).
Matt Kemp
Matt Kemp (1956) is responsible for the support portfolio.

Matt Kemp started his career as a case officer at the SVB. Since 1981 he has held numerous managerial positions. To name but a few, director of the branch offices in Eindhoven, Utrecht and Deventer, and director of the International Office (kantoor Buitenland). Matt Kemp is particularly interested in the possibilities of Human Resources Management. In this connection, HR managers at the branch offices and policy advisors at the head office in Amstelveen are working together to ensure that policy translates seamlessly into practise.
Nicoly Vermeulen
Nicoly Vermeulen (1966) is responsible for the services and ICT portfolio.
Nicoly Vermeulen was appointed member of the Board of Directors of the SVB with effect from 1 January 2010.
She studied business information technology and business economics, going on to receive an MBA degree from Rotterdam's Erasmus University. After several years of working as a consultant, she moved to ING bank, where she held a number of positions, mainly in the area of Operations, IT and Finance. In her most recent position as General Manager at ING Wholesale, Nicoly Vermeulen was responsible for optimizing service processes, risk management, IT and administration in the field of business credit solutions.
