The organization

The SVB is a transparent and efficient organization. The SVB is also a flexible organization, able to adapt quickly to new tasks and developments in society. We do this with a workforce of some 3200 expert staff. Wherever possible, we incorporate new implementing tasks into our existing organization, but if necessary, we adjust our organization in order to provide the best possible service.
