If the SVB's decision is late
The SVB is obliged to issue a decision on your claim, request for review or notification of a change within a certain time limit. We will send you a letter stating the deadline for our decision.
If you have not received a decision within the designated time limit, please contact us. If we have still not issued a decision two weeks after you contacted us, you will be entitled to compensation.
