Child benefit - If you have not received your child benefit

It is our priority to pay your child benefit on time. In spite of this, it can happen that a payment is late, for instance, because we are still processing a change that you reported, or waiting for you to return a form. In that case, we will pay your child benefit as soon as we have the correct details.
