Changes you need to report

If your employee has been seconded and there is a change in his or her situation, you should let us know without delay. We will then see whether the change affects your employee's social insurance position.

You have to report the following changes:

Your employee is moving house

If the social insurance position of your employee changes as a result of the move, we will let you know within 2 weeks. If nothing changes, we will send you a new E101 certificate showing your employee's new address.

Your employee starts working fewer hours in his or her country of residence

You must inform us if your employee starts working less than 1 day a month in his or her country of residence. If the social insurance position of your employee changes as a result of this, we will let you know within 2 weeks.

How to report a change

You can report changes by email via id.verzekeringen@svb.nl. Include the following information about your employee:

  • name
  • address
  • date of birth
  • Burgerservicenummer
