International secondment - What is an A1/E101 certificate?

A1/E101 is the name of a certificate which is used by all countries of the European Union. With this certificate, an employee who works for you outside the Netherlands can prove that he or she is covered under Dutch social insurance legislation for e.g. old age pension, child benefit and unemployment. Each country has the certificate in its own language.
