How to apply for an E101 certificate
Applying for an E101 quickly online
You can apply for an E101 certificate quickly and simply via the link at the bottom of this page. We will then send you the certificate within a week. If your employee is going to work outside the Netherlands for more than 1 year, you will receive the certificate within 3 months. In that case, additional information will be needed to determine whether your employee can be seconded. The rules differ between countries.
If you need an E101 urgently
If your employee cannot start working because he or she does not yet have an E101 certificate, we can fax the certificate to the company outside the Netherlands. All you need to do is fill in an application form and fax it to +31 20 656 5888. You should also state the fax number of the company abroad and a telephone number where you can be reached.
