How to report a change
If you have a new bank account, or if there has been a change in your domestic situation or in your partner's income, you can report the change in a number of ways. You can choose how you wish to report the change. NB: you must report changes within 4 weeks (6 weeks if you live outside the Netherlands).
Online with your DigiD code
You can fill in changed details on your computer screen. You will be guided through the form step by step. Using your DigiD code, you can sign and submit your change online.By telephone
You can also report a change by telephone. However, in some situations, you will be asked to send copies of documentary evidence, for example, a payslip. Changes made through the telephone are always confirmed in writing.
Download and send the form
You can download the change notification form, fill it in and send it in by post. The form is in PDF format. To read a PDF file, you need the program Acrobat Reader.
