Claiming an Anw benefit
If you were married or in a registered partnership
If you and your late parter were married or registered as partners, your municipal authorities will inform us automatically of your partner's death. We will then send you a claim form for Anw survivor benefit.
If you lived with your late partner
If you lived with your partner but were not married or in a registered partnership, you will not receive a claim form automatically.
If the person who died did not have a partner, but did have a child under 21
If a single person with a child under under 21 dies, we will send information that shows the orphan or his or her representative whether an orphan's benefit will be payable.
