Will My SVB work on your computer?
You can use My SVB using a web browser. When accessing My SVB, your browser will use the new PKI government certificate, which is equipped with a new security standard. This will ensure that you can log in to My SVB without any problems.
You can check whether your computer system is suitable via the Logius website, so that you will continue to be able to use DigiD.
Is your computer system suitable?
My SVB is protected by certificates, which prevents information you send to the SVB from being maliciously intercepted.
The new protection system is not compatible with outdated versions of operating systems or web browsers. If you have outdated software, you cannot use My SVB.
My SVB works on Windows computers and Apple computers. However, you need to have a recent version of your web browser to have access to My SVB, so it is a good idea to set your computer to allow automatic updates.
My SVB works with the following browsers:
- Internet Explorer 8 and 9
- Mozilla Firefox (versions 15 and 16)
- Safari (version 5.0 or higher)
- Google Chrome (version 22)
If you use an older version or a different browser, we cannot guarantee that My SVB will work properly.
You can upload documents and send them to us via My SVB. This is a quick, easy way to send us documentary evidence of your income, for example.
You can only upload documents if:

- the file is in jpg, jpeg or pdf format
- you do not send more than 20 files at the same time
- all the files together add up to less than 3.5 MB
